Shipping policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Shipping times vary based on the carrier and destination and are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order.
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
  • Free local in-store pickup is available. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
